Shelley Park South

Shelley Park South will consist of 384 single-family lots that are just over 10,000 square feet. This project will feature sidewalks, a community garden, separate mail kiosks, and 10.84 acres of active open space while still preserving over 18 acres of wetlands. We have provided a 50’ wetland buffer to help preserve those wetland areas. We also managed to keep all proposed lots out of the 100 year & Supplemental Flood Zones.
