Haven View

Haven View is a Single Family subdivision located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. This subdivision will consist of 43 lots ranging from 0.18 acres to 0.27 acres in size. This project will have many features, such as sidewalks, a community garden, a separate mail kiosk, and 1.15 acres of Active open space. Lots 1-22 will be buffered by a 35’ landscape buffer, while lots 23-43 will overlook a 1.50 acre pond and Indigo Creek Golf Course.
