Diamond Shores LLC was incorporated in 2017 in Conway, South Carolina as a locally owned land development company. What started with a focus on land development and bringing projects from vision to reality has grown alongside the communities we serve.
Through Diamond Shores LLC, our land development team works with property owners, investors, builders, and other partners to identify opportunities, navigate the development process, and create residential and commercial projects designed with both long-term value and the surrounding community in mind. Over the years, Diamond Shores has been involved in the development of more than 3,000 residential lots, giving our team extensive experience with the opportunities and challenges associated with development throughout Horry County and the Grand Strand.
As our company grew, so did our desire to provide clients with access
